I become very annoyed if someone walks down to my cube immediately after sending an email or raising a ticket to explain the same thing personally. Even worse, if they call my extension within few minutes to know the status. Same mood if another member in CC list, calls me to inquire if i've checked my email!

When I receive an email or ticket addressed to me, it is obvious that i should look into it and respond to them at right time.
